Sprint kick off
This sprint will take participants from an idea to the foundations of their own iTV channel, capable of delivering multiple streams of cash flow and positioning them to create a $1 Million+ PA ARR online TV business. By the end of the course, they will have a clear channel blueprint, a tech stack ready for broadcasting, a launch campaign, and a personal brand to drive their success.
Pre-Sprint:
Kick-Off Online Cohort Catch-Up
Objective: Introduce the cohort, align on goals, and establish collaborative momentum.
Activity: Live online meeting where the sprint’s framework is presented, and expectations for collaboration and outcomes are set.
Tools: Overview of broadcasting platforms, channel builders and Learnworlds introduction.
Week 1: Vision & Blueprint
Day 1-3: Meta Vision Creation
Objective: Define the vision and purpose of your iTV channel.
Activity:
Articulate your channel’s long-term goals and the impact you want to have.
Identify the niche audience your channel will serve.
Outcome: A powerful meta vision that guides the future of your iTV channel.
Day 4-7: TV Channel Blueprint
Objective: Lay the groundwork for your iTV channel’s structure.
Activity:
Map out your content strategy, programming schedule, and broadcast themes.
Identify content pillars and key programming to attract and engage viewers.
Outcome: A comprehensive TV Channel Blueprint that forms the backbone of your programming and content strategy.
Week 2: Infrastructure & Branding
Day 8-10: Tech Stack Builder
Objective: Set up the technology required to broadcast your iTV channel effectively.
Activity:
Select the right platforms for video hosting, live streaming, and on-demand content (Learnworlds).
Integrate monetization tools, advertising solutions, and subscriber management systems.
