Before the official Sprint kick off we hold an intro Cohort meet up and you complete the self paced intro program with the outcome of making a successful start on your 8 week Startup build and launch.
Week 1 - Startup Blueprint & Idea Validation
Action: Build the foundation of your business.
Define Your Business Idea: If you already have an idea, validate it. If not, discover profitable business opportunities that align with your interests.
Research Market Demand: Analyze your niche, assess competitors, and define your unique value proposition (UVP).

By the end of Week 1, you’ll have a clear, validated business idea with a solid blueprint ready to take into action.
Week 2 - Meta Vision Creation
Action: Design a powerful vision to guide your entrepreneurial journey.
Create Your Vision Statement: Articulate a bold, long-term vision for your business that aligns with your personal goals and values.
Define Milestones: Break down your vision into smaller, achievable goals over the next 6-12 months.
Build Your Why: Clarify your personal motivation and the impact you want your business to create for both you and your audience.
By the end of Week 2, you’ll have a compelling vision that will keep you focused and motivated throughout your journey.
Week 3 - Tech Stack Builder
Action: Set up the essential tech tools for business automation and growth.
Choose Platforms and Tools: Select your website platform, email marketing software, e-commerce solutions, and any other tech tools.
Automate Business Processes: Identify repetitive tasks and integrate automation tools like CRM, project management, and social media scheduling software.
Build Your MVP: Start creating the minimum viable version of your product or service using your tech stack.
By the end of Week 3, you’ll have a well-structured tech stack that simplifies and streamlines your business operations.
Week 4 - Personal Brand Creation

Explore Remote Work Options: Set up your business infrastructure to run globally, leveraging remote talent and outsourcing where necessary.
International Scaling Strategy: Plan how you’ll scale beyond borders to reach a global audience.
By the end of Week 6, you’ll have a global-ready business structure that supports international growth and scalability.
Week 7: Launch Campaign Strategy
Action: Build and prepare for a powerful business launch.
Design Your Launch Plan: Craft a step-by-step campaign plan that will introduce your product/service to your audience.

Pitch Your Business: At the end of the challenge, you'll participate in a Pitch Fest, where you'll present your fully developed business idea to an audience of peers, mentors, and potential investors.

Celebrate Success: This event will be a moment to celebrate your hard work and the incredible progress you’ve made in just 8 weeks.
